I try to cook for my crews every few weeks and ran into a deal on a case of Boston butts at my favorite local butcher shop Monday. Two ten pounders are squeezing onto the Big Green Egg overnight. Bad Byron's Butt Rub, yellow mustard and dark brown sugar. I will post after shots when the sun comes up.
