    Made crappie sandwiches for dinner last week. Put cheese whiz on one piece of bread , hot suace on the other piece and plenty of crappie between them.
    DELICIOUS !!! Especially washed down with an ice cold beer. Hard to beat.

    Well you are right about those crappie sammiches my friend. We ALWAYS make more crappie than we can eat just so we have enough left over for sammiches!
