Cooked some buffalo ribs the other day and breaded them in Louisiana Fish Fry New Orleans Style Fish fry. Awesome combo. Just enough lemon and citric taste too be perfect. I thought my Dad was going to hurt himself eating so many! Thanks to NIMROD for showing me how to cut them up!
