I can only take credit for catching & cleaning the Crappie in this post. My bud, a foodie like me fixed these today. The Crappie was broiled on a wire rack in a gas oven. The only seasoning was Tony's Blackened Seasoning and clarified butter. The slaw is a oil & vinegar slaw with the drippings of the broiled fish included. As for the bread, it is fresh french bread covered with a cream, Parm, & shrimp reduction sauce topping along with boiled shrimp. Wrapping up the offering is fresh jalapeno peppers stuffed with bacon, a cheddar sausage, cream cheese, & bread crumbs, broiled also. Man cave food.
