Default A twist on baked parmesan crappie

I've been wanting to try the baked parmesan crappie recipe for somw time now but the wife doesn't like parmesan cheese much but she enjoyed this one.

first coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with real butter, I used half stick to do this.
then pat dry you fillets and lay them in the pan very tightly so than there is no space anywhere and that it is about 1/2 thick, about 2 lbs or so of meat.
then take a cup of mayo and a table spoon of lemon juice andmix together to make it spread easier and evenly coat the fillets.
next sprinkle parmesan cheese over the mayo completely.
then I lightly sprinkled some dill weed over the top. don't over do it as it is strong.
finally sprinkle some plain bread crumbs over it completely covering it to form a crust .
bake at 500 degrees for 15-18 mins.
Let it set for 5 mins. before serving.
Don't be scared to experiment. You might just come up with something really tasty. I like to mix and match recipes together to come up with something new.
Lets go soak a line. Pat

Think this will work with whole crappie? I never filet. Not because I don't want to but because I just can't seem to get the hang of it.

I have tried this and it is great! Also try adding a little sour cream to the mayo mixture and you may like it. I liked them both.
