    Default My baked crappie recipe

I line my small counter top oven tray with foil. Spray it with pam and coat the foil with garlic pepper. I then cover the tray with fillets. Then I put olive oil on the top of the fillets and coat the top with more garlic pepper. Last thing is I sprinkle Teriyaki sauce over all the fillets and place them in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes. My granddaughter loves Pawpaw's bakes crappie.

Sounds good, is this for a toaster oven or regular size oven ?
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.
