    OK here is the finished product with a little BBQ sauce and a cold Red Stripe. Pretty good. Only me and the missus here, recipe made 53, need help eating them.

    Here is the link to it. I got it off the "Smoking Meats" on line newsletter. They were pretty good, but I only used 1 Jalapeno so it would not be too hot for the wife and we could not taste any pepper in it. He used habanero peppers which are probably hotter.
