I read a recipe the otherday here and decided to try it with some crappie, wasn't too bad.
Basically dredge the fillets in a bit of flour, onion and garlic powder, and a bit of dillweed, and fry. Was actually pretty good, really neat twist on fish that I've never had before but it was SO good
