This one is so easy a monkey could make it and it is quite tasty.

Here's what you need:
Bottle of McCormick scampi sauce
crappie fillets
parmesan cheese
pyrex baking dish

Drizzle a small amount of scampi sauce into bottom of dish (just enough to keep fillets from sticking to bottom). Then drizzle scampi sauce over the fillets. Don't get too carried away, they don't have to be floating, just enough to kind of coat the top will do. Then sprinkle parmesan cheese over the the top of the fillets. Bake in oven at about 400 for around 20 minutes. You may have to adjust time based on thickness of fillets but 20 minutes was just fine for medium sized fillets. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy.
