I usually have an almost endless supply of fillets. Just need to know how many to thaw out. I usually have leftovers, don't like to ever run out .:D To run out of fish on one of my fish fry's would be embaress'n to say the least!:o

Wanted to give an update, i cooked about 10-15 lbs of fillets for 20 guys and had more than enough, thanks for the assistance.

I usually count out what I think I'll eat and multiply by 20. Then I'll add enough for 4 more guys. This way you know you'll have extra. (By the way, I'm a 250 lb. man and can eat ALOT of fish when I'm hungry! :D ) Fixing for men you'll need more than for women and kids.




Now, if you dont have enough fish then add salt.....ALOT OF SALT!! ;) :D
