Went over to Ma's last night for dinner.Guess what she made?

Crappie Fingers

2 lbs. crappies
Heinz 57 or A.1.Steak Sauce
1 cup Bisquick or pancake mix

Cut fish into small strips,the size of frenchfries and marinate for several hours in either A.1. or Heinz 57 sauce.Than slightly drain in colander. Coat with Biquick or pancake mix and deep fry for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.

Crappie fingers are awesome hot or cold!
