Crappie Nachos
Here's a new one that I came up with the other night. I have to admit, they were pretty dern good!
Cook 3 or 4 fillets in just enough cooking oil to grease the pan. Chop the fillets once cooked enough, then add chili powder and cavenders (or salt to taste). Also add in jalepenos and mexican green sauce. Grease 9 x 13 pan and line with a layer of nacho chips. Add crappie mix, drizzle with salsa and top with cheese. Heat in oven at 350 until cheese melts (around 10 minutes).
Only takes about 15 minutes to prep. Enjoy
