I had one and it lasted only couple years and they had poor customer service as far as replacing parts. I now use a Traeger pellet grill for all my smoking and grilling and love it! I would recommend A traeger over any other smoker.

Take a look at the Master Built smokers I got one this spring and love it holds temps right on the money. And it just uses wood chips way less for wood chips than the wood pellets Bradley smokers use and cheaper price on the smoker. I was looking at the Bradley's too till I took a look at the price of those pellets also several people at work recommended the Master Craft. I guess just depends on what you are looking for. I sure you will be happy which ever one you get.

I've had a few different smokers. Hands down my Bradley Smoker outperforms any I've had. Now I did do the dual element conversion on mine and that seems to make a big difference when cooking alot of meat.

I love my Bradley. No problems after 4 years of heavy use of mine. I have oredred some parts, extra element and a cover and got GREAT customer service.
I baby sat a wood smoker for many years, and now a days Id rather do other stuff and smoke at the same time. The digital smoker is a set it and forget it deal. I get up at 5 am and turn on the smoke for 2 hours. Then return to turn on the heat for any amount of time and any temp and check on it at 4 or 5 in the afternoon. They do take some getting use to and some important tips for use are listed on a forum on their web site. You will love it too

I think the wood flavored pucks that you have to purchase from bradley are a little pricey
