Sandi's World Famous Potato Salad

Since Sandi's potato salad has been such a HIT at the Missouri Camps, I have been asked to get the recipe from her and post it here. It is the best I've ever eaten. I hope all those who try it will enjoy it.

1 cup mayo
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
dash of black pepper
4 hard boiled eggs chopped
4 cups boiled potatoes chopped
1/2 cup green onions chopped

Mix the mayo and next 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill before serving. 6 servings. Adjust ingredients to increase servings.
