Don't know how many have tried this Bayou Classic Fish Fryer but I would reccomend it. I have beed using mine since March. I have filtered oil 1 time & I use it about once a week. Fish turn out super good. Temp holds steady & the shope is designed that crumbs fall to the bottom of oil & oil never burns. A heck of a cooker if someone is looking for one. 4 gal oil & 2 baskets & you can turn some fish out...Hands Clapping
