It's good stuff. I've bought it at Kroger before, but haven't seen it in awhile. You can get it on amazon.

I've given up trying to find it and started making my own. Lots of recipes on the internet, but I've found most don't match exactly the flavor and heat mix of Prudhomme's original. Here's what I've settled on:
    3 tablespoon Paprika
    1 teaspoon Salt
    1 tablespoon Onion powder
    1 tablespoon Garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon Cayenne
    1 teaspoon White pepper
    1 teaspoon Black pepper
    1 tablespoon Thyme
    1 tablespoon Oregano
    1/2 teaspoon cumin
    All fishing, all the time!

Blackened Red fish seasoning. I used this on a cheap "skillet steak" the other night. Cast iron and hot. Smoked up the house some but so good! Juicy inside! Oh yeah, I used a meat tenderizer tool on the steak first.
