I did a quick web search and here you go on the KFC recipe. Ron

I worked for KFC for many years and I made cole slaw several times a week. This recipe was invented by Sanders himself. We made 25 pounds at a time and the recipe was equal amounts of Miracle Whip and sugar and 1/4 the amount of oil and vinegar. But here it is in a table serving amount

    1 head of cabbage, shredded
    1 or two carrots
    1/4 onion

(or I just buy a bag of shredded cabbage already to go)

    Sauce:
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup sugar (yep, I cup)
    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 vinegar

Mix together and pour over cabbage mix. Let it sit for a few hours before eating and I guarantee it is the exact same as KFC.

All I can say is Marzetti Slaw dressing. Just shred your cabbage and other vegtables and mix it in. Try it with just shredded broccoli. HMM HMM

I have the coleslaw recipe from KFC,
1 head cabbage, 2 to 3 carrots, 1/2 chopped onion. Chop, grate, or use the food processor if you have one. First grate the carrots than the onion than the cabbage. Add about 1/4 cup of mircle whip, 1/4 teaspoon of salt & 1/4teaspoon of pepper. Add about 3 tablespoon to 1/4 cup of sugar, I use Splenda, add about 1/4 cup of milk, mix altogether and put in icebox until ready to use, the longer it stay in the icebox the better it get. If it gets to soggy drain in a colander put a paper towel in the bottom of the colander first. Remember that cabbage will produce water it self, if the slaw is not creamie enough for you add 1 teaspoon of mircle whip at a time to get the slaw the way you like it. If you like celery seed you could also add a little also, but KFC doesn't use celery seeds in there slaw.

Would that be a 1/4 cup of vinegar? This sounds like a great coleslaw....Thanks

For a little different taste , use shredded turnips instead of cabbage or add some to the cabage..
