    Default Nacho cheese crappie

I didn't come up with this myself, another angler told me. It is tasty, and very easy.

    12 boneless crappie fillets
1 cup Nacho Cheese Doritos crumbs, crushed fine
    2 eggs

Dip the fillets in the egg, then roll them in the crumbs. Fry like usual.
    Don't worry, catch crappie.

Might have to give that one a shot. Thanks
I'm sick of following my dreams. I'm just going to ask them where they're goin' and hook up with them later.

I think I read it here, but French's fried onions work well. I haven't tried it yet, but I heard that coating in crumbled up pretzels after an egg wash works well too (I think in regards to chicken fingers).
