Just wanted to see what your favorite hushpuppy recipe is.
Here is mine.

2 cups white cornmeal
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 can creamed corn
1 medium onion (chopped)
salt & pepper to taste
diced jalapeno
Add just enough milk to blend together for desired consistancy. (sorry I don't ever measure the milk)
I use a table spoon to dip my with.
