For The Winter Fisherman

Before I got into fishing my in-laws always went, so they have plenty of stories and here's one of them.

On foggy cold winter night they head out to their favorite lake to go fishing. They are fishing from the shore so they cast out and reel in for a while.

They walk back and forth along the bank of the lake casting but they catch no fish. Occasionally they feel a bite and try to set the hook but never get one on.

Hours go by and no fish. Anyhow, sunrise hits and they just start laughing because only then do they notice the lake was frozen over.
