    Default bullheads?

Just out of curiousity, who all here also fishes for bullhead?
As I was growing up, my dad and I went fishing for both crappie and bullhead. Everyone else in the family ate the crappie leaving what was left of the crappie as well as all the bullhead for my dad and I to eat.

I love eating Bullhead. We here in Indiana just don't have many around like where I grew up in central Illinois.

Folks call em Mud Cat here, we consider them trash fish. Too many Crappie and Flathead Catfish to eat them.

Never heard of them being called mud sats. I do enjoy eating them though.

We caught quite a bunch of them this summer, and ate them. Fished for them a lot as a kid.
