Trying to fish the lower MO, its been tough for rod&reel fishin. the shad are here today, gone tommrow. if shes falling real slow, I can get a bite or 2 directly above and towards the tip of a few wingdams. if its rising, they bite well on the banks, but all the trash from about 7 states is also right there. small fish in the creeks and oxbows. refuse to run lines, I think juggin is the only way to go this summer. is anyone else havin a hard time? come on lets hear it!
