Ainse oil really attracts whisker fish but they are more of a scent over sight feeder .
Anise oil has been used since my childhood. I’m in late 70’s. We used for bank lines with dead bait. I works well for us especially for cat fish. To me best way to attract fish is use the slim on fish. Every time you have a hook up wipe the slime on your baits
