I am upgrading from 12v trolling motor to a 24v. So the new batteries will be wired in series. What is the best battery tender/maintainer solution? Do I get one 24v maintainer or a dual 12v and disconnect the wire that puts them in series? I prefer to have everything hard wired and just plug the extension cord in after a day of fishing, just not sure if that is the best option.

Any advice on brands and models of maintainer is also appreciated.
