When was the last time the DNR shocked this lake for fish studies? I'm wondering if there is a good number of big crappie in this lake and also if it still holds a good number of walleye. I've ice fished it three times so far this year and caught some crappie but nothing over 12 inches. A friend of mine used to fish it 10+ years ago and he said at that time he had caught some real nice crappie from the lake in the spring and fall.
