I think it makes no sense to have to mark your poles that you are fishing with, troutlines
/limb lines/ jug lines yes I agree. I am not going to leave my boat in the lake with my poles in the water fishing and not be with them. They are in your reach /possession at all times. Dumb rule if you ask me. I have mine marked with copper tags I use on my traps but if someone goes with me its a pain.
