Melvern Lake structure/cover
Craig or anyone, I haven't fished Melvern all that much and don't know much about it's history but was wondering what the main structure and cover for the fish consisted of. Does it mainly have a lot of rocky bottom structure or does it have some good stumpy areas mixed in here and there? Is there anyone in particular I might want to contact about that?
Ths, river

There is a lot of mud bottom with several areas of rock points and shelf's. There are a lot of old foundations all over the lake. There are many old road beds and more brush piles than you can count.
I have spent a lot of hours out there working the likely looking spots finding structure. It just takes a map, a depthfinder and some time.

Piles and channel ledges.Chatt knows the lake very well. You also might try propanejohn and huntcapt, they fish it a lot.
Life is good today.

riverhorse,
The other guys have pretty much summed up the available structure and cover at Melvern and I don't have a lot to add to their posts.
I hope you got the info you were looking for.
