Is it legal to put a seat on the outside of
the front gate on a poontoon boat, the deck is fairly big and if i put seat inside where there is a hole for a table the boat will interfere with fishing.

Use all deck space to your liddle-o advantage. There are no corps regs against it...I do know that much about it. I'd be willing to bet there's on regulation against it.
Just be careful and wear your pfd. You can't ever tell when you'll hit an underwater obstruction and then you'd be vaulted into the drink.
