seeking help locating fish on Ouachita

does anyone out there know any organization or group of individuals that put fish habitats out at this lake. I fished this lake with my dad when I was young and would like to fish it again. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate it or just some places on the lake to fish such as places that contain a loty of buck brush or stand ups would be appreciated.

As you probably know the lake was filled in 1953 and it isn't the same lake that our daddy's fished. Most of the stand-up timber is now gone but the buck brush abounds all around the lake.

My fishing is pretty much restricted to the South Fork west of Mountain Harbour. There is a crew that put a lot of brush piles in three months ago. They do it every year in conjunction with the Corps of Engineers. I don't have their GPS coordinates but they might be available through the Corps.
