Sorry to hear about your loss. There was a ring of dogs theives in Ark. & La. a few years ago. They would steal dogs from their area; meet half way; swap dogs and sell the dogs in a different state. Made it difficult to catch them.

If someone wants to help the older gentleman from Memphis that would be a very kind offer but not me guys, I think my insurance is going to cover all but 1000.00 of my losses. I have a job and can afford to replace my stuff but I sure appreciate the offer. I only started this thread because I would like for the thieves to get caught.
creekslick, did you notice if they took your new 1197? Something like that is easy to overlook.
Sorry about your loss CS, I always like to believe what comes around goes around. Hope you recover your gear soon. If not, I can get you a discount on replacing your wally marshall rods.
Looks like they caught some thieves that hit Lake Norfork...

Wayne, I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck. I hope they catch whoever it was and prosecute them, and hopefully recover your equipment. Nobody lower in my book than a thief. Hope you can get back after some crappie soon. Take care.
