I am a heterosexual male. 2 Chronicles 7:14

been fishin it almost every day, was doin pretty good until last weeks cold front. I was out yesterday, I caught no crappie, but wore the bass out. A couple of folks was catching crappie here and there, nothing regular. before the cold front water temp was up to 54 average and the crappie were about 5 to 8ft in 10 ft of water. Temps yesterday were back up to 58 in the deep and 60 in the shallows in late afternoon. Crappie I seen being caught were about 10ft from the bank 3 ft deep in 5 fow.
I tried Plum Bayou Sunday after church and it was a waste of time. I forgot that it takes awhile for the water to clear up there after a rain. Me and my son loaded at the south boat ramp and talked to two other boats that never got a bite. The water was just too muddy. But, you can't catch any sitting on the couch on Sunday afternoon either. Saw a couple of boats fishing Clear Lake when I went out by the golf course. That lake comes by its name naturally! I can rain for a week and the water there always looks good!
