Yeah the fight is fun, no matter what's on the end of the line.

A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

I love to catch crappie, but I love the tugon the end of the line even more, and those skipjack are a lot of fun below the dams in that current. I used to fish for whatever would bite below the Jefferson dam.
You Can Make a Difference!
Skipjack makes for a top notch catfish cut bait.
It stands up to freezing well also, much better than shad.
The meat is tough, oily, and STINKY.
Glad you had fun. Maybe next time, eh?

Hang in there CH Okane will be on soon!
Was that a bite? Forgot what they feel like!
Which one is 13 ? I went to Nimrod dam for a while , all small Crappie. Then went to Pleasantview park in Russleville, caught some small Rainbow Shad(trout). ha!ha!:o
