    Talking How bout those Hogs?!?!?

Man, that game was exciting...they hung in there all the way through and really turned it on the second half. Really enjoyed seeing the youngsters hang with the big boys!! If they keep this up, I could see us possibly sweeping our conference!! Although if we lost to Kentucky I wouldn't feel to bad about it. They REALLY need to do well...we wanna keep Pelfrey! lol.

How far do you guys think they'll go??

#1 or #2 in the SEC West. Maybe make it to the SEC tournament final. Making it to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA tourney would be a good goal for them. IMO.

Fun to watch last night. Texas had a pretty good defense.

I think if Fortson would've had his game on in the first half it would've been a bit better. Although if their player on the bench that had stitches would've been playing it might have been different. Arkansas was Rocking the gym though! I heard on the radio they actually lost signal due to the vibrations from the noise of the crowd. Pretty awsome if you ask me! I think Pelfrey has put us back in spotlight!

For us old South West Conference veterans, that games was a sweet, sweet victory! Anytime we can pull the rug out from under Texas, especially when ranked....I LOVE IT!!!
I think we should make the sweet 16, i hope for even more....good kids, good coach....next few yrs may be some of the best since 1994.

What a game! My mother-in-law doesn't even watch sports but got interested in the game the first couple of minutes of play because I had it on. She said it was the best ballgame she had ever seen! Maybe now they will have to put us in the rankings....

Great Game!! I just love how hard those boys play. They never give up. That says a lot about the coaching.

I watched every second. (Also have it DVR'd as well as the Oklahoma game). I went to the North TX game in LR over the weekend and these guys are impressive. I am not going to make any predictions at this time but I can bet we will NOT be last in SEC West! I really think the next couple of yrs are going to be EXCELLENT!

I don't know how well we will fare in SEC play but it appears we are champions of the Big 12.

This team can do things on the court that we have not seen in a long, long time. It will be interesting to watch how far they can go this year, but to think about the following years is something to get really excited about. Starting 3 freshmen and 2 JR.'s. and to lose 80% of your scoring from last year and do this well is amazing to me. Also, IF, Fortson is coachable, and keeps his head on straight, he will really be something special.

It is just great to see Hogball making a comeback from the dead. I just hope we can keep Coach Pel for a while.

    Go Hogs!!!
