Default Yeah nine of us did

It was very slow Saturday for me and obviously for eight of the other contestants. My brother and I didn't get a bite that morning and went in a 12 noon to watch the weigh in. A few of the contestants had already left and I saw 3 people weigh in. I think 1 had a 1.15lb fish and 1 had a .97 lb fish and my hero Steve weighed in 3 of his four fish, all near 2.5 lbs., didn't get the exact weight. Steve won 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. I told him he ought to go on the crappie tournament trail, he was a natural Ha Ha.

Here is a picture of Steve with his 3 winning fish.

beats a good day at work.

Ol Steve must be spitting some tobacco on the hook or something. Man, I need to take that feller to the gamblin boats!

Was Steve using live bait on jigs. Looks like he has the right pattern.

He was using shiners, like the rest of us.
