Default Howdy from the left coast

Just wanted to say hello from Oregon, and I can't wait to get back to SE Arkansas this summer and fish Cane Creek, and Lake Monticello.

I've lived in Oregon most of my life now, but was born and raised in Se Ar.
I fished the Bayou B. area near PB growing up.

Two of my favorite crappie and brim lakes back then were Swan, and Belco.
We have a some good crappie and Bass fishing here in Se Oregon, but nothing like you folks do back there.

Hope you don't mind me hijackin the forum, but I just couldn't help myself when I saw all those slab crappie pic's:D Brad

Only fished Belcoe once, but really liked the place. Bad news is that most everything I've heard from the locals is that it just isn't the lake that it use to be as far as crappie goes...And, I don't blame you one bit for wanting to get back to good ol' Arkansas...

I grew up fishing the same area as you. Including Belcoe. It used to be the best bream fishing I ever seen.
