need advice on cane creek fishing

Maybe L.A. or/and the rest of you guys can give me advice as to how to catch fish on this body of water. For instance, when does the winter bite start, do you tight line or troll, do you use a bobber. what size rod do you use, line weight, and preferred method of fishing such as I read that one member did good on a cork and jig, Jerry seems to have a lot of luck using rosy reds. As you can tell I might be abusing the intent of this board to pick the members brains but you guys are the best at giving advice.
