Arkansas River Pine Bluff report

caught these six 5 foot deep in 8 foot of water around wood pilons in plum orchid on the arkansas river

Nice haul, Rieve. Do you seem to catch all black crappie around those pilons? I keep tellin' myself I need to broaden my horizons as far as the AR river goes. I may just stop by there on my next trip through the Bluff. Do you launch right there by the golf course?

Ceb I do catch mostly black crappie but every once in a while i catch a white. Yes you can put in by the golf course. By the way i went back today and got a little earlier start. Caught about 25 and brought home 14 keepers with some good ones mixed in from 8 til 2. Not to bad but not great either

Went back yesterday and they were still biting pretty well ended up with18 keepers all over 10 inches with several throw backs. biggest was 1 pound 9 ounces.
