Well I went there saturday. I caught a few but nothing spectacular. What the locals told me that they have been bitin pretty good. I think the bluebird skies and high pressure did me in that day.Theyre bitin 2 or 3 feet down over 6 or 7 feet of water. When you put in at the ramp go left follow the trail all the way to the far corner of the lake. The banks will be rip rap and youll see bamboo tops everywhere. Well theres an island in that corner of the lake and right near that corner of that island theres a beaver lodge.Thats where they are. They stack up there every year at this time. A local really showed his butt when i was there. I was fishin the spot from about 10 yards when he cut me off and got in between me and the spot, he was basically on top of it.Well im hopin a few of you crappie.com guys get out there and give him some company, see how he likes a crowd on what he obviously thinks is his spot.Oh well theres plenty of water out ther for me.GOOD LUCK
