    Default Love them big Crappie

Got a big one today while scouting with Jerry and Jim -- 17" / 2lb.9oz.

Unlike the one I got a Cane Creek (which tasted so good), this one went into the freezer for a future mount. I've caught one heavier but not one longer. I'm betting we'll get a 3-pounder out of Greeson this next spring.

Just from looking at the recent posts, it looks like many Arkansas boys are loading up on the crappies this season. Good deal.

I'd say that was a heck of a scoutin' trip...Outstanding picture and crappie. Only way it would be better was if I standin' there beside you holdin' her big sister...:D

Pretty Slab. I'm tagged out on Bucks. Maybe I need to hit the lake too.
