went to tunica thursday fished hard all day, did not catch 1 crappie,lake is high and hasnt stabilized yet. plenty of tree tops and stickups at that level
I fish it reguarly but just couldnt connect on fish, they could of been extremely deep but they sure werent shallow 1-15 ft. Its not been a real good season on the lake the mississippi has yo yo so much i believe its confused the fish, i know it has been hard to find any pattern they have.
Beware of asian carp on the south end next to the house boats they seem to be thick in that area and unusually large and active!

Sad thing is.......I've noticed that in a lot of the lakes that have the carp----it's not long before there are no crappie to be found. Those carp are a real problem.
