Grand Lake

Grand is one of my favorite places in arkansas to fish especially in the spring but when i went a couple of months ago the water was down about three foot. Has the lake returned back to normal level yet and why was the water down so low.

the ramp is under water now.the only water that gets into grand is from seep water on levee,that goes to willow slough.they pump it to grand to plant crops,but this year river was so high they had to pump it out bunch of times.grand is still lower than it used to be years ago.when they built the new ramps ,they went under water at normal pool.dont look like good planning to me.we still caught real good fish this year.lot of 2lb fish.i think they will lower it a little cause of ramp
