Caught a mess today finaly!

We caught these fish today on minnows fished 2' down around cover.
We fished Lake Sequoyah. I am extremly happy we finaly caught fish! They were spawning! Water temp was 62.

Good job Jason! We're going to do some serious scouting tomorrow if the lightening doesn't keep us off the water. We've been rescheduling all our trips but it's time we got back to "work" in spite of the flood.

I only had sucsess because I left Beaver for a smaller lake that keeps a more stable lake level and clears up much quicker. The only drawback was that the fish were smaller than on Beaver, but I'll gladly take it!
The lake is in Elkins, east of Fayetteville on hwy 16.
