    I was told a work platform made of concrete the corps used for a swim dock at one time. It broke loose and went through the spillway!

    The flow out of Nimrod has the attention of the barge lines that operate on the Arkansas. I was in a discussion this morning with one that wanted me to question the COE why they were holding water in Greer's and NorFork to ease the pain on the Mississippi and not the resivoirs on the Arkansas. I forwarded some of these pictures and told him it didn't look to me that there was any sayso the way it was going over the spill ways.
