Jerry,
Bought some of those Bee Ready Rod Holders this week (I see you are on staff there by your signature). Glad to see that you did good. We are not having that kind of luck in central Arkansas.

A small group of us Texans went over to Millwood last Thursday-Sunday.
Water was high and muddy but we found some real nice fish. Largest weighed 2.52# and we had 4 males over 2#'s with a 2.25# being the largest. Out of 210 keepers we had 50 over 2#'s.
All caught on Rocky Top jigs in black/chart and Orange.
Caught most of them in deeper timber but they were on the banks.
East side of the lake had no current and was clearer.

That's a couple of good looking fish. Fishing has been real good on the east side last couple of weeks, but heavy rains up Saline River and Mine Creek are starting to muddy up this side too. Hope you catch some big one like that in the tournament on the 19th.
Those are some nice fish Jerry, thanks for the report and the picture.
A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

I'll be down this evening thru Sunday. Give me an idea of where you were and I'll keep an eye on your spot for you. Looked like from the picture you were sitting over in the Shaw branch area just North of the OK landing. My family is starving and you telling me where you caught these will save us. :D
