Fished Horseshoe today

Fished Hoeseshoe today, caught three pretty good fish. The wind was howling out of the south made fishing hard. Water temp. was 51 Degrees in most places I fished did find one pier that was 55 degrees and didn't get bite around it. It has got to get better!

That can be a really tuff lake to fish when strong winds come out of the south. How are you fishin'? Might want to give dock shootin' a try next time...

Ceb, I shot docks for over three hours yesterday. Every dock and every hole I normally catch fish came up a big nero. Moved to the deep water and trolled all for not. Just wasn't a good day. maybe the rain will stay out of here and it will get right here shortly. I had two buddies go today fished all afternoon. They picked up a few dinks fishing all of the honeyholes they just aren't doing it. It will be good this weekend. I was wanting to go to Merrisach but the old lady has the flu so Me and the kids are going to stay here and fish Horseshoe and the farm lake. I caught 9 today fishing about 6"deep on our little farm lake walking the bank.
