Anyone happen to know how hihg the water is and or muddY ?

It's proably high and muddy cause the Fouche la Fave River which forms Nimrod is high. The Petit Jean river is out of it's banks below Blue Mountain Lake too. With all the run off and new snow yet to melt . It's a safe bet as everything around here feeds the Arkansas River. These two flood control lakes are way high and will drain into the Arkansas when the corps are able to release some water.

You will see from Dr Peppers post that the river in LR is moving at 200,000 cfs. If its that high here its rolling up there as well.

Bite the bullet and choose an alternative fishin hole and live to post another day.
