    Default Beaver Lake Crappie

Good News they were hitting well today. Mostly on minnows and jigs in 18 ft of water in the blue springs area.

Hey im thinking about going to beaver lake this spring break driving from Tulsa. Taking the family, dogs, and boat. Any good cabin rentals out there for a family? We may want to stay on the East side of the lake near Eureka Springs.

I recommend you stay at the Ventris Trails End Resort. It is on the north west part of the lake 40 minutes away from Eureka but there is much better fishing on the central and southern part of the lake. They have a spacious dock for your boat and two restaurants on site. The cabins and the "Fishermans Rooms" are very clean.

Mrs. and I were out on Coose Hollow Fri.29th ....for the first boat/fish outing of the spring season (will it ever get here?). Couldn't rustle up a nibble all day. Water temp pretty much 43° except way back up in the tips.
