    Default I-30 ball park

Anybody know anything about the boat ramp at I-30 ball park? I-30 and Arch St.??? I see a boat ramp down there and the other day I saw a truck and trailer. Looks like that might have a fish or two in it. Not sure I want to leave my truck there.

Never launched there, but stopped and looked once. I used to work on 65th st. I would'nt do it , lots of trash in the water and water not so clean. There was all kinds of awful things (used condoms and syringes) on the bank next to the ramp.

that water flow directly into Fouche creek. If you read up on Fouche, they say don't eat too many fish out of there. I wouldn't eat any. Think of the "stuff" that comes out of downtown LR.

I used to work @ Fruehauf trailers there off of 65th street and we fished those ponds back behind it. Caught several crappie and bass out of there. Never ate any of 'em just released 'em in a friends pond.

When we get a gully washer, the crap that drains into the river from this area is disgusting. It is amazing howmany basketballs, wine bottles, beer bottles, etc floats by our dock.
