Nimrod is high and muddy right now. We also are going to get a lot of rain this weekend also. The water temp here is just approaching 50 degrees.
I haven't got to fish much and don't know if NIMROD has been doing any good.

Last time nothing worth keeping. As Slabbandit said it's high and muddy. Good time to build condos and brushpiles. Need some warm weather as my yard is full of brushpiles to put out.:D Don't expect anything till lake is back to normal level a few days.

We hunt all public in the past. However, a friend of a friend has a few hundred acres off the gravel rd on the other side of the lake. Did bag a good one last year not to awfully far from the dam. We hunted all morning with not one gobble. Get back to camp and grab our poles and he starts hammerin'! My buddy jumped out on the bank and i went to get our guns. Called him right down on the waters edge. Then did pretty decent with the crappie====GOOD TIMES!
