    Default crappie mount

Just got back a crappie mount from a fish I caught last March at Lake Chicot. The crappie weighed 2lbs 7oz. Now I would like to have a 3lb black crappie from Cane Creek, like the ones I've seen on here, to go with it.

Nice looking mount, where did you have it done.

    A bad day of fishing
beats a good day at work.

Got it done by Doyle Wilson of Driftwood taxidermy in Heber Springs. He use to live in Wynne up to about a year ago where I know him from. He does a good job at a good price, but he is talking about retiring soon.

Nice looking mount. It looks like he done an excellent job on it.
And as for him retiring, That means you better hurry up and get that 3lber.

As a former taxidermist student, that is one of the best realistic mounts I have seen.
